Bold Text antialias in IE(8) don't look nice

Bold Text antialias in IE(8) don't look nice and different to other browsers. See screenshot between IE8 and FF3.6.
How can I improve the IE look of menu texts?

Hi webmaster_magnolia,
My suggestion for this is you should check for the fonts in both FF and IE.
For IE you can change the fonts by visiting Internet Options -> Fonts.
