activating two submenus above and below horizontal menu

I know...what? I have a menu in test that has a dumbie submenu that opens up above each item as you mouseover the horiz. menu items. It looks like the menu expands upward when you mouseover. But when there is a real submenu that has links etc. that opens down. Is there as setting that allows both submenus to open from a single horiz button when moused over?

Would it be better to use a graphic for the mouseover button background? I think that might be the answer...but can you make the graphic that would be bigger than the menu items show up in the upper position rather than down or in the middle?

Hi,

As far as I know there is no way to activate two submenus from one item. I'm thinking about whether there is some way to do it and will post back once I've muddle through it.
