Modify/Override a menu style in HTML?

Hi,

My menu.js file calls for an itemwidth="100%" and I'd like to know if there a way to modify/override a menu's style in the HTML code itself - without having to edit the menu.js file itself?

Sort of like how inline CSS overrides a style sheet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
