When the Version 6 WebPlugs finishes beta testing and released, will the older type DHTML menu no longer be suppported and we will have to move to using WebPlugs?

Both will be supported but it's unlikely that DHTML menu will have any new features, only bug fixes.
Our aim is to put all our development time into the new product.
