Curved menu similar to Make-A-Wish

The USA Make-A-Wish website (http://wish.org/) has a CSS-based curved (or arc) menu.
I am seeking some pointers or hints on to do this using the Milonic Menu.
I don't need nitty-griity details, just some broad outline of how to do this.
1. How to get an arc menu.
2. How to get the menu to overlay the arch image below.
I know that I could just duplicate what they have done, but I really want to use the Milonic Menu as I find so easy to maintain and I really appreciate how there is no code clutter.
thanks,
dave

Hey Dave,
I'm sure you already know they have used images for the main menu items, and then dropped the subs below that. I have a similar setup here. While mine is not curved, it's the same idea - mouse-over the mains to drop the subs. Adjust each sub placement as necessary.
