Blocking Javascript

Unless I missed it, I cannot find information with a way to avoid IE blocking Javascipt. I am new to this so, please bear with my ignorance. I have tried the free downloads of the dhtml and javascript menus and get the same results. I do intend to buy a license if I can get this working. So, far my website is working locally and not available publicly yet.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I don't understand what you are asking. Are you saying you can't download the menu, and if that is the case what happens?
