Menu does not show on localhost

I have a fairly complex site at http://www.bigapricot.org

I have a free license for the menu (after I discovered my old version of the menu didn't work in MSIE7)
The problem - the complexity of the underlying architecture requires I test everything on localhost (which works just fine and has for years) and the licensed menu does not show up on the pages served from localhost.

I really don't want to be testing things live. Any workarounds?

Never mind, I figured it out. (But now I don't know why it was WORKING when live...)
