Support expiry notification

Hi

Does anyone know if Milonic sends a notification email shortly before paid support is due to expire? I didn't receive one - not sure it expired before I changed email address though.

Is there an option to download the latest version at the time that the paid support period expired? Does a request have to be submitted?

Hi,

Emails are sent out 30, 15 and 1 day intervals - also, an email is sent out on the day of expiry.

Unfortunately, all downloads expire. Send a message to Milonic at http://www.milonic.com/contactus.php and explain the situation, they might be able to help.
