Weird MSN Map 3D Mode Issue

Hi

Some of the menus are not displaying correctly if viewed in 3D mode.

Example : Visit http://www.locatea.net/modules.php?name=Courier_Map4

Goto > Search and move mouse over both search boxes, 3 more menus appear 'Delete, Zoom In, Zoom Out'

Switch the map to 3D view

Try it again, this time you see one of the 3 menu's now do not appear.



Any ideas ?

Well, I can't get it to show me. I download and installed but it just keeps telling me that there is no hardware accelertation available. So, i'm unable to test this.

OK, I had to change my computer settings. Anyway, I tried it in IE6, FF1.5, 2. NN9, which is actually the same thing as FF. It works fine in all those browsers, 2d or 3d. I couldn't test in Safari 3. It kept acting like the 3d thingee I had to install wasn't there. It doesn't work in NN7 and just kept saying 'netsape has encounter a problem and must close with a button to send or not send a report.

Hi Ruth,

I'm using IE7 so maybe it's only related to that browser.

Just tested it in FF and it's working OK, so yes, probably an IE7 thing...
