Menu not working out of a subfolder

Hello Everybody
I am using Version 5.751

If you look at this website:
http://www.taquanair.com/

The menu is working fine.

But in this sub-folder:
http://taquanair.com/ims_v3/

They drop down boxes are not showing.

Anybody an idea why it is not working?

Hi,

That's because on the main page, the first one, the path to the menu files is menu/fileName, but on the other page the path is /fileName. So your paths to the files on that page are incorrect. The 'main' menu is of course showing because you are using a popup menu popping it from the images so the image are there, but no files for the mouseover to read and pop up

Thanks! The 'first part' of this site has not been done by me, I only have to integrate a shopping.
What I did now is:
- loaded all the files to the root
- in 'my' files the path is:

But it is still not showing the 'submenu'.

Any idea?

Hi,

One thing you'll have to do is upgrade the menu to the current version. When it was just a path issue it didn't matter, but whatever the problem is we can't do any testing since your version is so out of date. You have some kind of function code in the data file and that is the only thing I can suggest might be the problem. You could try eliminating that and testing and see if it works. Other than that, you will need to upgrade to get support. That is required since we cannot test a version that old.

I don't know the cost, I'm just a volunteer. I don't think it's too expensive, but not sure what 'too expensive' is for other people I suggest you contact Milonic directly about that

Or you can log in under the name used when the menu was first purchased and then go to MyLicenses and click on the renew and find out that way. The name used is an email address I believe
