IE (but not firefox) has Javascript error and SLOW load

Have built menu which works perfectly in Firefox, in IE 7.0.6 we get javascript error:

we have
Milonic DHTML Menu - JavaScript Website Navigation System.
Version 5.0 Release Candidate 31.1 Built: Tuseday December 30 2003 - 10:06

So no idea what to do - don't expect to have success messing with milonic code ...
1. Can anyone help ?

2. 2nd issue, menu is all small grapics buttons and they do load -
but submenus load WAY more slowly than firefox, > 10 seconds firefox < 1 second (may be related to error 1, above)

We'll need a URL to completely investigate this. At the very least, target="_blank"; is in the wrong place. It should be in the aI statements.

Also, when posting code, always use the [code][/code] tags.
