i'm afraid that i still have problems with de php/mysql menu

Can you tel me if it is possible to have exactly this design with the Php/mysql/tables solution :

Hi,

I believe you can, but I don't know how to do it. You will have to contact Milonic directly for how to set your phpmysql menu using that menu sample.
