Partial loading of menu

I have a client who complains that he occasionally gets a partial load of the main menu -- and has to hit "reload" to see the full menu. The menu is set up horizontally, so when this happens, it loads the first half of the menu (3 or 4 items), but not the rest.

The remainder of the page loads correctly, according to the client.

Any idea what might be happening here?

I haven't witnessed this myself, but I have no reason to doubt the client.

Ouch...

John, you're 2 years behind on the software you have posted. You're running v5.733, current is v5.779! The current version is required for help here on the forum (and for fixing a lot of bugs as well).

Upgrade, and then let us know how things are running.
