Can items that have showmenu be links also?

Some menu items in my nav bar have pulldown submenus and other items, such as Home or Contact do not, because they only go to one page.
My question is, can I have the main menu be a link also, even in cases where there are sublinks?
For example, the one item in the main menu is Practice Areas. there are several submenu items that appear when you mouseOver Practice Areas, each of which goes to a different page. Can I have it so that if you click on Practice areas that will take you to another page, as well?
If so, how do I do that?
I don't see what to do in the menu_data.js page that would do it.
Thanks a lot.

I think you can. Just add the link code in the proper place, after showmenu=

Hi,
jlkventures1 you are correct, just use the url=; in the aI string along with the showmenu=;
