DIV positioning with fixed or absolute disables menu

HI, on my test site http://85.95.55.245:8080 (beware, may be slow) I have the milonic menu placed over a div with fixed positioning (same effect with absolute positioning). This works perfectly well in both Firefox and Opera, but in IE7 as soon as the whole page is loaded the menu becomes disabled. If I remove the div positioning it works perfectly. It seems to me that the mouse events stop firing for the top-level menu as, If I'm fast enough, I can hover over the first-level menus to get the 2nd-level menu to appear before the whole page is rendered (and the menu is still responding) and I am able to use the 2nd level menu even after the page is finished rendering...
Anything I can do to resolve this? I have tried everything from z-orders to all kinds of css and div fixing, but the only thing that fixes the problem is removing the positioning and this is not what I want.
IE bug or Milonic bug?
Regards David

Hi,
I don't know if this will do anything but remove the calls for the menu from the div and place them outside that, up after the body tag or in the head section. Also, you need to get the newest version of the menu, 5.785

I can't test in IE7 because I don't have it, but if the suggestion above doesn't work, since you have a valid support license you might go here and make a support ticket, go to the main site and click on the bottom Tech Support text link. You have to be logged in when you get to the page. The log in you use to get the menu.
Sorry I couldn't be more help on this.
