Half of image loading

I'm baffled why only half of the image will load with initial page loading, until you leave the page and come back to it, and then the whole image loads just fine.

Has anyone ever had this happen before and have any solutions for it?

The version of the menu you are running is ~5 years old! There is no longer any support available for the v3.x menu system. The current version is 5.786, which you will need to be running for support here in the forum.
