Menu Ver5.774. IE7 Resize window Issue

Hello,

We build the items for the menu on the fly. Occasionally the menu when loaded in IE7 will not show. If i then resize the browser window, the menu will show.
We have used the menu for the past 3 years, but since the release of IE 7 we have been having this problem. I upgraded to 5.774 today hoping that the "buildAfterLoad=true;" would solve my problem, but it did not.

The menu works fine in IE6 and FF all versions. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem...or know what may be the problem here.

Haven't seen that before myself, although nothing about IE{any version} would surprise me.

I have picked up this post from the forum and I am have the same issues as seandr

I have established also that its definately a masterpages issue in asp.net as all my pages (non masterpage) that use the menu work fine. I have also tied the fix Andy mentions on this post (http://www.milonic.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=33890), but still not being resolved....

please help anyone??

Hi,

I think you will have to contact Milonic for this problem, it doesn't seem to be anything we can fix here, especially without seeing the site so we can see what's going on. I would assume you have a professional license and with that you can go to the main site, click the Tech Support text link at the bottom of the page, once at the page, log in under the login for your licensed menu download and follow the directions on the form

If anyone is interested in the solution to my problem...

I commented out this setting in new mm_style() section of menu_data.js


for whatever reason this was causing my troubles...
aaargh
