Tooltip with absolute position

can I fix the tooltip to an absolute position? I.e. left: 10px, top: 10px

Hi,

Not as far as I know. Why exactly would you want a tooltip to be positioned at a specific place on a page? How would people know where to look for it? There are some other options if you could tell me what it is you are trying to do.
