Not seeing dropdowns when accessing INTRANET from home

Our menu works fine from here at work within our network, and I have had no problems when accessing our INTRANET from my home machine via login credentials. However some users from home have reported that those menu items that contain dropdowns they cannot see the drop down menu items. Any ideas?

yes... but a member of your staff told me to update my files to the latest version, which I did. Now the drop downs appear when using https, however the MILONIC menu item replaces one of my menu items. It works fine with http

Hi,

If you are seeing the forced MILONIC link then you must be using the evaluation version of the menu.

If you have a valid license you should be able to login and download the full version and then install those files instead.
