DHTML Menu Dissapears in IE7 AFTER Refresh

Hello,

i have searched through the forum but did not find solution to the problem i am having.

I have added the menu code into my test site( http://64.158.178.196/) and it works great on all browsers except IE7.

when i first access the site with IE7 i can see the menu. but when i refresh the page my menu disappears and i cant bring it back.

This URL is for a development server of non-profit organization.
