open page in new window (SOLVED)

I am a Milonic newbie, and think its a great menu system. One question I have is how to cause a page to open in a new window. This is necessary for pages like DOC and XLS files that aren't realy web pages, so can't load a Milonic menu on them. I am sure there is a way. I just haven't been able to find it in the Milonic documentation.
