ignore submenu browser collision - [SOLVED]

LINK REMOVED
I'd like to overwrite the submenu default process of bouncing off the side of the browser and popping back to the left when the side of the browser is detected. Is there a setting in the menu I can change that would just allow the submenu to continue to slide off the page?
If you resize the site to 1024X768 you'll see what I am referring to under to. Go to the deepest level of products and watch the submenu pop back to the left over a previous menu.
In addition rollover Support button. The menu is pushed back to the left 10 or so pixels since it is so close to the side of the browser window.
Can that buffer space be removed or entirely disabled?
Thanks!

Hi,
There is a property in the menu called ignoreCollisions. You'd put it up at the top along with the subOffsetLeft and such. ignoreCollisions=true;
However, remember that on smaller resolutions, 800x600, people may not be able to see the submenu then since it will go beyond the browser window.

okay I've done that and it works but now all of my menus have lost their offset by 2 pixels!?!?!!?? I have a negative 2 pixel left offset on my top level sub menus
If I turn ignorecollision off the 2 pixel offset comes back and everything is fine.
what caused this to happen? Do offsets no longer work when ignorecollision is applied?
thanks for the quick repliy

Hi,
It does seem that if using ignoreCollisions then the left='offset= doesn't work anymore. I don't know if it's supposed to work or not. I'll make a report to Milonic on it.

One other thing, I forgot to check originally, but you are downlevel, so I don't know if that is 'fixed' if it is indeed a bug. We're at 5.772 [5.773 pre-release is available]

Hi Ruth,
I've installed the newest version and no change. Any word on an explanation? If I can't get the offsets back I will have to change the entire menu layout to accomplish what I need.
Thanks!

Hi,
What browser is this? I am at the link in the first post and I'm not seeing a problem in IE5.5, IE6, FF1.5 [yeah I know it's older and one day I'll get around to updating, when I have the time ]
What am I missing. The 1st level sub drops right below products, the second opens on the right side of that sub and overlaps the sub edge by a couple of pixels and the third does the same. I'm not seeing a gap anyplace.

The first menus that pop off along the top
Products, Support, Services
They all need to pop down and offset -2px to line up with the white vertical lines.
When ignorecollision is set to false, it works. When I set it to true, it doesn't
I am in IE7 but also seeing issues in Firefox and Opera

Hi,
I am still trying to figure something out. Have you tried doing a support ticket direct to Milonic?
http://www.milonic.com/support/
You need to be logged in at whatever your registered name is when you got your licensed menu.
I'll keep playing with it.
