Having Problem with Menu Items and html Drop Down

Hi, im having a problem with Menu Items and html Drop Down.
I have a menus & menu items and the menu items will expands on selecting menu(on mouseover). When my menu expands with menu items and overlaps with HTML drop down in the page, the overlaped menu item is going behind the HTML drop down. Because of which, im not able to view my menu items properly if it overlaps on the html drop down.
Please help me in resolving the issue.
