Two remaining questions

Again, here is the URL: http://www.flyfreecatholicforums.com/MenuPageTemplate1.htm
I'm deciding between the Milonic menu and another menu from another company.
It seems that tweeking the menu position between Firefox and IE is rather difficult, so we've decided that it would be better to have the menu 'float' along the top of the browser since most of the pages will be rather long. What code would I have to insert to do this, and will it cause problems on any browsers?
Also, how much would it cost to purchase the right to remove the "Milonic" link, and in the purchased version, are the milonic_scr and other javascript files broken up, instead of just one large line of code?
Thanks.

It costs nothing extra to 'remove' the forced link. That is included in your license fee. See here.
The demo code files you now have are in the same format as the licensed files. They are not meant to be expanded or modified in any way. Any self-mods would void the license and any support from this forum.

This is a forum for users from users, (="menu discussion forum), that is why the question should be subject of a mail to milonic. Please make use of the official mail address.
A "floating" menu is called "follow scrolling" style menu, please see
http://www.milonic.com/menusample10.php
This type of menu is more or less just defined by
Code:
followscroll=1;
property, placed in the menu definition code.
