Need help with menu placement

I am using a Milonic menu system, and I can design my menu perfectly fine in a index.htm file, and it works great. But, my site is based in ASP and uses tables, so as soon as I bring the code into the site, which comes to a template.htm file, my formatting with consideration to size disappears and I get this mess: http://67.100.44.61

I don’t know much about tables or how they work, so I need some help. I have been working on this project for quite some time now, and nothing seems to help. What do I do? Thanks.
