Milonic Link...

I have a situation where a milonic link is poping up on my first entry onto my menu. I cannot find the source of this... I want the welcome button to be first so I tried to add another link/space .. it worked however, the pop-up link still occured....
The menu is in a table and I seperated the code.... here is the webpage:
