*EVALUATION*

After uploading version 5.743 I get an *Evaluation* heading in my menu, changing it back to 5.742 makes it disappear and gives me my 'good' heading. What's going on?

It seemed to be gone but it hasn't.

You can see it here: http://www.psychology-religion-spirituality.info

The funny thing is that when it's loading the correct menu heading appera, later *EVALUATION* is shown. It happens in both IE and Firefox.

License

I have a license for a different URL but I'm using it at around ten non-commercial sites (without specific licenses for those sites, is that necessary?) without problems. All 10.000 pages of them have a link back to Milonic. Yet he menu only fails (=shows *EVALUATION*) at http://www.psychology-religion-spirituality.info.

Do you have any other clues?

Hi

as far as my information is, you should apply for licenses, even if your sites are non-commercial or non-profit. Please read this:

Michael

I´m maintaining a site too, which is non-commercial / non profit, but this small amount for a professional license, I managed to get paid by them (the site owners) for a very simple reason: Excellent work deserves its remuneration and such a license is really something what is affordable even by a non-commercial organization. (My opinion). I know what I´m talking about, when you consider monthly cost for wages, electricity, rental, hardware-leasing, telecom charges etc.- From where do you expect the quality of such a tool (menu system) does come from ? From users getting this product free of charge?

To be complete: I have one paid license because I support this great menu, I have one free license and I use the menu at around ten amateur sites which I made for myself (and the rest of the world to read) without getting money for it.

Up till now placing the link was enough to get rid of the link to Milonic in the menu (not in the HTML on every page), now it shows *evaluation* in the menu at only one of my sites which I think is weird. So I don't think licensing has anything to do with it. I'm perfectly willing to register for every site though, if that's required.

Hi

to find out, I will copy one simple menu set to a site, which so far does not have a js-menu. Will see. I think its the license issue.

On Monday, I had this problem, too, but then realized that for some reason my cookie had expired, and I was not logged into the Milonic site. Thus, the latest version I downloaded was downloaded as an "evaluation" copy.

After I logged in again with my password, I downloaded the latest version again, and this time there was no "Evaluation" on my menu bar.

One license, free or Pro, is good for one domain only. You will need to license every site on which you se the menu.

Hi John,

What's the easiest/fastest way for you and me to license around ten sites in one go? Or do I need more go' s?

Hi,

Each website that uses the menu requires its own license.

If you have more than 30 sites then the Worldwide license will be the best option.

Alternatively there is the Reseller License that comes with 10 discounted licenses.

Hope this helps,
Andy

The menu works fine again after installing the new 5.744. It also got rid of the problems with positioning the scrolling menu.

Thanks!
