I am using Milonic menu's on a few pages that also have Hitbox JS code in them. Has anyone heard of any problems with this DHTML menu with Hitbox (website tracking software), which is JS-based?
I can post JS code errors too, but wanted to see first if anyone had anyone had already encountered errors.
Thanks,
Dinos

Haven't heard of anything myself. Did you try the Search option here?
Drop us a URL (as requested) so we can see what's happening.

Hi John, thank you for responding. I did search both FAQs and the forum and didn't come up with anything.
Here's an URL for you: http://www.worldwildlife.org/fellowships/fuller.cfm
Thanks again,

Hi Dinos,
First, try updating to the current menu version. You're only 3 levels down (5.751 is current), but a lot has been fixed in the interim.
Let us know.

John, just wanted to confirm that upgrading is simply copying OVER all .js files (3 of them) except for menu_data.js?
Thanks for your help.

That is correct. All 3 must be replaced together whenever there is an upgrade, but, as you said, not your _data file.

Hi, I updated the JS code to the latest release, and I'm still having the problem. The javascript error comes after holding the mouse over one of the menus for a few seconds. If you just mouse-over, click right away, everything is fine -- no errors. But if you hold the mouse over, thats when the JS error appears.
Thoughts?
Thanks again John.

I didn't notice a JS error yesterday. What I did see was your main menu being too long (wide) for your design, but only on the first load of the page. After that it sized itself properly.
Will be able to take another look later.

Got it fixed, there was a duplicate variable problem. Thanks for your help though!
Take care,
