Blank Cell to span the rest of the menu width

How can I create a blank cell in my menu (horizontal layout) to span the rest of the screen.

Right now I am in the process of moving away from that DHTML menu system to Milonic due to FireFox issues with the menu. Right now my last hurdle is getting that last cell to be blank and span the rest of the width of the screen.
