Vertical Menu Fixed Height problem

Hi,

How can I make a vertical menu a fixed height and position?

When I resize the browser window the menu position changes.

Do I have to put everything in a layer/table?

Can I not fix the height and position with css?

You could try putting the menu inside a table, there is a document ar http://www.milonic.com/tablemenu.php that might help with this
