Menu Offset

Hi,
I am using named anchors to navigate up and down my web page and obvioulsly the milonic menu is pointing to these anchors.
My question is this:
Is it possible to ask the menu to jump to an anchor name position at an offset of say -20 pixels? The reason I ask is because the menu settles over my title. I can obviously put the anchor point a few lines up the page but then I am reformatting the frame and creating spaces just for the purpose of settling the menu before the title.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Alex.

Thanks for the rely Ruth,
I can't provide an example page as the page is to be an offline style page and I have no means to uload.
But all I am saying is there a way to jump to an anchor point - say 20 pixels as the menu is covering my titles at my anchor points - as it would.
I know I could put all my anchor points one back so the jump point is to just before the title but this isnt practical. I also know that I could create a section of white space between each section but again this would look rubbish and be a little impractical.
Ideas?
Thanks,
Alex.

Hello,
I have no idea, since I don't really know what it is you're doing with the menu, but it has properties for offsets so I'd suggest you try those properties. It also has things like openstyle="up" so maybe you could get the submenus to open up. If you could put some html code here that shows me what you are doing as to 'anchor' points and the menu, maybe I could give you some better advice.
