making a submenu scroll upward

How do I make a menu scroll upward?

I notice that the browser scroll does not work to reveal the bottom of submenus that currently open down.

Hi,

I see the whole menu and submenus, but if you want the submenus to open up, then you need to code into each submenu openstyle="up"; that will open the submenus above the menu instead of below.
