Java Script menu is hidden by Select HTML form

Hi

I am sorry if my question does not belong to this forum.
Actually I have a java Script menu on top of the form of my application.
On hovering mouse over a item it drops down a menu.
Now my problem is that under this menu there are other HTML fields.
Now if a field is SELECT class
e.g.

than it hides the dropped down js menu.
tell me a way that i can increase the priority of js menu over html select field.
Also this problem is only with SELECT class field normal entry fields get over lapped by the js menu

Is this a Milonic menu? We have no idea how to do that in some other menu. This forum is specific to the Milonic menu system and the Milonic menu will drop over and not hide behind form select boxes.

If this is Milonic, please post a url so we can see what's happening.
