[resolved] ICarumba! Why aren't my images working now...???

Hi All,

I had a test page working then I started putting my pages together and now I cannot get my images working for my menus.

http://www.itcmmailcenter.com/includes/header3.php is the broken version

and

http://www.itcmmailcenter.com/testheader.php is the working version, but I need to change the header3.php file to get it working like this one.

I am totally stumped here.
