menu being hidden by flash movie

I have taken over duties on a web site that I need to overhaul, this site was using this menu, and one of the challenges I am having is the slideshow that occurs on the main page is hiding the drop downs on the last two menu links.
I dont have the ability to send the movie to the back (i cannot set an arrangement at all). Does anyone know how to pop the menu OVER the slideshow, this is in FIREFOX as well. Thanks!
