Conflicting variables with Prototype.js

...There are still some apparent conflict problems with the Prototype library. I am currently getting an error:
Error: $c is not defined
Source file: /components/menus/mmenudom.js
Line: 20

This error can be replicated by including:

<script src="http://prototype.conio.net/dist/prototype-1.4.0.js"></script>

on any page together with the Milonic menu.
I am using menu version 5.756. I can't give you a public demo URL I'm afraid.

It looks like a simple conflict of $c variables. I do appreciate the comments made on the other thread re: who should have to do the re-writing etc., but would really appreciate if this could be resolved as soon as possible.

Apologies - the latest version of the menu has indeed resolved this conflict.
The right _src.js wasn't being included correctly.
