Collapse-Tree Menu: submenu floating around

In using the collapsible tree menu, submenus move out of position (or rather it does not move with the rest of the content) if a user widens or narrows their browser window.

1) Is there a setting that can be tweaked to get the submenu to stay put?

2) submenu overlaps links in top level in Safari, big gap in Opera

I am having the same problem with my test menu. I am hoping to use milionic menu for a project, and I am having a bit of problem. When you open a submenu and resize your window, the submenu does not follow the main menu.

oops...I just figured it out.
