Random rtl menu position on load

Dear Milonic, I am experiencing the following problem: I have Hebrew (rtl) horizontal relative submenus. Check this site: http://www.xeddex.com
Sometimes after page is loaded submenus are positioned incorrectly – aligned to the left, instead of being positioned precisely under the main menu item.
2 additional facts:
1. If I take the source and run locally it works fine.
2. If menu has loaded incorrectly, and if I resize the browser window, the menus get rearranged and displayed correctly.

Additional info: menus data is generated in MS-SQL server on the fly, and inserted into HTML skins.
Have never had similar problem with ltr languages, or if the submenus are vertical.

Please give me a hint how I may solve the problem.
