Not able to view Horizontal submenu

Hello,
I have constructed a menu that has a horizontal main menu and now I have to create submenus that are also horizontal and appear when you hover over the main menu. I have changed the 'Horizontal Menu' value to 1 for the submenu but when I hover over the top item I only see a sliver of (the very top of) the submenu item, it looks like a small white sliver, maybe 1/15 of the menu visible.
I tried setting the "Always Visible" property for the submenu just to see what will happen and when I do this I can see the submenu ("Report TypeA" and "Report Type B" next to it), but then I see the submenu all the time, when I only need to see it when I hover over the report part of the main menu.
The submenu code in question follows:
addmenu(menu=["reports",75,150,120,1,"",style1,,"center",effect,,,,,,,,,,,,
,"Report Type A","show-menu=scensumm",,,1
,"Report Type B","show-menu=excepts",,,1
I am using version 3.3.
Thanks for your help,
Dave

Hi,
There's an archive for Version 3 which you can search and see if there's anything to resolve your issue. Version 3 is no longer supported. It hasn't been in development for more than 2 years.
You might consider upgrading to version 5. There is a version 3 to version 5 converter online which will convert your menu_array.js file. It does most of the work. Sometimes there are a few things to fix but usually not.
If you decide to try that, go to the main site, click on download, download the menu. You'll have to be registered to do the menu_array.js file conversion but when you get to that page it tells you how to register for free if you have not purchased the menu.
I do recommend that you update. There are so many advances going on the web and the new version is capable of much more than the old.
