Menu works fine but embeded flash java links dont work?

If any one can assist on this it would make me look like a superstar=)

after adding the menu the pop-ups from the flash movie do not work
the flash movie to left of the menu the pink text/thingys

the code for that is also java im thinkin its a conflict

for functions because i didnt create the orig flash/java heh
