Big image on sub-menu

Hi, I am trying to hide a image below a menu in order to save screen real estate. I have tried calling the image with bgimage as in:
aI("text=      bgimage=http://www.fluidedesign.com/images/emerald_ill-rev3.gif;");

but the blank spaces never cover the right area to display the whole image.

Any sugestions appreciated. Thanks.

God, this is embarrasing, all I needed to do was use the image property as in:

aI("image=http://www.fluidedesign.com/images/emerald_ill-rev3.gif;");
