Upgrading to the latest version.

When I go to upgrade, am I correct in thinking that I replace all the files except the menu_data.js file? Can it be as easy as that?

Not only can it be that easy, but it is! As you mentioned, the _data file should never be replaced, but all 3 of the code files are, and all must be the same version.
