Sticky Menu with mouse click

is it possible to have a menu be sticky after you click on it once, then click it again to make it unsticky. This post asked for the exact same thing but no one responded.

If you are talking about an actual submenu that you open, then yes, you would use openonclick=true; and closeonclick=true; in the menus you want to remain open 'sticky' until they are clicked. If you're asking about tooltips, which are little tidbits that appear on mouseover, not as far as I know.
