hello all,
I am trying to get a menu that will look like this (from photoshop):
http://www.thinktel.ca/sample.jpg
My questions/problems are:
1. How can I have ALL the top menu heading stay 'olive' when hovering over a menu header? I only want the menu items to show up with that bright blue and NOT the top header.
2. Anyway to add text glowing effects the the menu items? Obviously i can use background images, but was wondering if there was an easier way.
3. The font in that sample is 'Universe' which is non standard ...i would like to keep this font style ...are images my only option?
feedback is much appreciated
Pauly.

Hi,
1. Set the offbgcolor to the same as the onbgcolor and it won't change when you mouseover.
2. Yes, you can set up glowing text, but that is only an IE feature and you'd need a function to apply the glow to the text in the menu. If you want it to show in all browsers, it's best to do images.
3. You can set up a download for the font, but if the person doesn't accept the download then they won't have the font. Again, images are your best choice, especially since you also want the glowing text.
