Navigation issue on certain Apples using IE using 5.2.3

I recently made changes to a navigational menu in an include file. Until then it was working fine on all machines. The change was made to allow for menu scrolling. Inorder for me to accomplish this task, I needed to move the search option above the menu. All is working except for certain Mac OS10 machines using IE 5.2.3. Safari works fine on these same machines. Does anyone know what might be the issue?. Here is the problem, a link to the live site, the menu data file and the include file.
The problem: Menu covers search input box on certain Mac OS 10 using machines using IE 5.2.3. The client has an apple enviorment for all galleries and most of their macs are having this issue, not all though. Same network connection.

Hi,
I don't have a mac, but try taking the calls for the menu out of the table, try putting them just after the body tag and see if that fixes the problem on that i.e 5.23 browser. You have the menus absolutely positioned so there's no need to put any calls in the table, actually they probably shouldn't really be in the table.
