Are you a Webservice or Software marketer?

Hello!
I'm a newbie, attempting to assess the basics of how your software works.
If I purchase a license (or use a free one for that matter), my understanding is that the use is restricted to the one website that I've applied for licensing.
My question is, are you a "web based service," where the menu created will only be viewable over the internet and requires a connection to your server in order to operate? Or are you marketing the code itself, so that I could also view my site offline as I work on it?
Thank you very much. Sorry to ask such a basic question, but it makes a difference to whether I go forward with the rest...

Hi Kristine,
It's a program that you can use on your desktop to develop your pages and then upload to your domain/webspace. There are all kinds of samples to peruse to get an idea of different designs, functionality etc. On the Milonic Home page under the DHTML menu link there are samples, information on the software and on licensing.
