This sample page opens a menu over an iframe. Use it as a test for your target browsers. You'll find that some older browsers can't do it; this is a lmiitation in how the browser layers elements, not a limitation of the menu. For those browsers that have issues, there are other approaches 9e.g., hiding the iframe when the menu opens, or using a divloader to emulate an iframe).
