Launch URL Specified as NEW WINDOW

I have a simple request. For one of my menu links, I want to it to open a new window (normally done in HTML by putting a target="_blank" as part of the URL link. How do I do this for the menu URL? Is there a target option I can use:

Hmmm - wonder if target=_blank; might work...
