Menu causes my MonsterCommerce shopping cart to go haywire!

Hello!
I created my company's online store using MonsterCommerce software. I had the Milonic menu up for several weeks, working beautifully. About two weeks ago, I stopped receiving orders.
It turns out that something in the javascript for the menu causes the checkout process to go haywire. I was wondering if anyone has had a similar situation or can offer some insight?
I welcome any suggestions! I love the Milonic menu and would hate to abandon it for a different solution.

MonsterCommerce limits where I can place my code, so the best I could do was put the javascript for the menu directly into the table for the left-hand column on the page. Right now I have html links in there.

Hi marija,
We really need to see your menu in action. Is there some way you could put up a 'temp' of your main page with the menu and all the stuff so we can see what's going on. With just the html links we have no idea what the problem is, and if we took your page and tried putting a menu on it, it might work since we would not have your 'code' and your shopping cart etc.
