Tab Style menu - How do you do it?

Hi you good people,

Can any one help me with a tab style menu? anyone got an example I could see in action? I am looking for something like the one at amazon,
with tabs alog the top, how is this done , Is just a graphic in the menu?

I am, a bit "thick" and need to see an example before I can have a go

Can this be done with Milonic? as I would like to change what I have at this site:-

There are menu samples for tab style menus. Here's one. Then look at the DHTML Menu link and go down to samples you'll see all kinds of samples there. TAB STYLE You can click the next button to see other Tab Styles

That's OK. Until I started looking for some info on tabs I didn't know they were up yet
